Product Description

The three-phase phase control relay FKV-14P is designed to protect three-phase electric motors and equipment from critical faults in the power supply network. It provides comprehensive control of phase presence, phase failure, phase locking, asymmetry (fixed at 40%), phase sequence, and excessive motor winding temperature. Equipped with a neutral conductor and designed for DIN rail mounting.

Operating Principle

• Normal operation: If all three mains voltages are present, the phase sequence is correct, and the winding temperature does not exceed permissible limits, the relay activates (contacts 15-18 are closed) and the OUT LED lights up.

• Voltage error or asymmetry: If the voltage of any phase deviates by more than 40%, contacts 15-18 open and contacts 15-16 close; the OUT LED is off.

• Phase sequence error: The relay reacts by disconnecting the contacts and turning off the OUT LED.

• Winding temperature exceeded: The relay disconnects the output until the temperature returns to permissible limits.

• Operation restored: The relay automatically returns to operational status after the parameters normalize.
