2. Purposes for which we process personal data and the legal basis for processing
2.1 Performance of contractual relationships and
related rights and obligations. The legal basis for processing Personal Data
is the performance of the purchase agreement and the related obligations (delivery of goods, accounting
processing, handling claims, or if you exercise your right to
return of goods within the period prescribed by law). We will process your first and last name and contact details
(residential address and delivery address, email address and telephone number), possibly other
transaction details. Personal Data is processed during the contractual
relationship period and subsequently 4 years after its
end (we have an interest in retaining certain Personal Data related to the
purchase agreement, in order to protect our interests). We are required by law to
archive accounting and tax documents. The retention period for this data may be up to 10
years from the end of the tax period in which the performance took place. If this
the Personal Data we collect that is necessary for delivery and payment purposes
will be transferred to an authorised transport company or authorised credit institution.
2.2 Card payment. If you

only that you are paying by card, while the card details are processed by the recipients of this data,
who will process the payment on our behalf.
2.3 Order

concluded agreements. We transfer your data to these partners only to fulfil
the obligations under the purchase agreement.

it is necessary to update goods with digital elements or digital products,
we process the data you provided during the order.

send. During the sale of our goods or services, we may send customers
emails related to:

4. Processors
Your
Personal Data may be transferred to our business partners (Processors) or
to other third parties if required by law.
We
use verified Processors with whom we have entered into a written agreement, and
which provide us with at least the same guarantees as we provide you. This means that we only

recognized as secure, or from countries with which we have entered into standard
contractual clauses under Article 46 of the GDPR and which provide your Personal Data with
a similar level of protection as when using the GDPR and Czech law
acts. All these Processors are required to maintain confidentiality and
may not use the Personal Data provided for any purposes other than those
which were disclosed in accordance with these principles.

5. What are your rights?

When will we resolve this? We will respond to you within one month at the latest. If
providing the information would threaten the privacy of other individuals, or if providing it would be
disproportionate to the risks or costs associated with providing them, we may be unable to
