  2. Customer service availability. We provide customer service at the telephone number and email address indicated above on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  3. Time limit for handling your request or complaint. Your request will be handled no later than within two working days (48 hours); this period may be extended due to weekends and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic.

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods (or the last good, the last part of the shipment or the last item, if the purchase contract concerns several goods ordered in one order, or if the goods are delivered in several parts or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you have decided to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your customer account. You can also contact us by email at info@pelek.lt or by telephone at +420 705 724 353. You may notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract by any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning goods. The return label is usually available in your customer account on the pelek.lt website. If we have not provided a return label, return the goods to this address: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. You can also contact us by email at info@pelek.lt or by telephone at +420 705 724 353 to confirm your right to return the goods and arrange an individual return procedure.
  4. Compliance with the withdrawal period. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the purchase contract

  1. What happens when you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).
  2. Refunds. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the end of this period.
  4. Cost of returning the goods. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. If the value of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs, exceeds EUR 40 (i.e., from EUR 40.01), we will cover the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, the amount of compensation for the damage claimed by us will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded. In each case, we will individually assess the damage to the goods and the reduction in their value and determine the correspondingly reduced value of the goods. We will inform you of these actions at the email address you provided.
  6. Cases in which withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible. These cases are described in detail in Section 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
