  3. The period for considering your request or complaint. Your requests will be considered no later than within 2 business days (48 hours, this period may be extended on weekends and public holidays that are customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment or the last unit, if the purchase contract covers several units of goods from one order, or the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or units).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us about this via your user account. You can also contact us by e-mail at shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
  3. Return address. The return label is usually available in the pelek.eu user account. Please also contact us by e-mail at shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766 to ensure your rights when returning the goods and to agree on an individual process.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period for the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notification of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period for the purchase contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will reimburse to you all amounts received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase contract to us. The period shall be deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of this period.
  4. Return costs. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned goods exceeds 990 CZK excluding shipping (i.e. from 990.01 CZK), we will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods, which due to their nature cannot be returned by regular mail, are borne by you.
  5. Decrease in value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are liable for any decrease in the value of the returned goods or the goods being sent back, which occurred due to the handling of the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price that you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage, the reduction in value of the goods and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you about these actions at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in 3.6 of the GTC.
