Current and Voltage Monitoring Relay TRM-30M - 1-phase, 30 A, Digital Display

Product Description

The TRM-30M is a single-phase digital relay designed to protect sensitive equipment from overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage.
The device allows precise adjustment of the current limit and delay, and displays the measured voltage and current values on a two-line display. A current transformer is included.

Key Features

  • Overload protection: adjustable current 0.5 ... 30 A

  • Overvoltage protection: trips at > 250 V (fixed)

  • Undervoltage protection: trips at < 150 V (fixed)

  • Voltage hysteresis: 5 V

  • Voltage fault delay: 2 s

  • Voltage fault reset: 2 s

  • Clear two-line LED display:

    • Top line - voltage and overcurrent

    • Bottom line - delay time and current

  • LED status indication "OUT"

Operating Principle

  • Upon power-up, the set overcurrent value and delay time are displayed.

  • The device monitors the voltage between phase and neutral and the current drawn from the network.

  • If the set values are exceeded, the relay enters a fault state:

    • NO contact open, NC contact closed

    • "OUT" LED goes out

    • Corresponding display flashes

Protection Functions

  • Overload (overcurrent): when the set current and time delay are exceeded

  • Overvoltage: when voltage exceeds 250 V (automatic return when voltage drops below 245 V)

  • Undervoltage: when voltage is less than 150 V (automatic return when voltage rises above 155 V)

Signaling

  • Upper display flashes: high or low voltage fault

  • Lower display flashes: high current fault

  • OUT LED: lit during normal operation

Relay Status
